Stittsville Integrative Medicine Centre provides full family medical services as well as complementary and alternative medical services, including chiropractic, dental hygiene, massage, and personalized exercise assessments and training programs.

The Stittsville Intergrative Medicine Centre is excited to provide a health clinic that offers many options in healthcare. Our mission is to assist individuals in achieving, maintaining and promoting health throughout their lives irrespective of their current age or health condition. We will utilize health approaches that have scientific evidence behind them both in mainstream medicine but also in Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM). Unfortunately in many instances, even in traditional medicine there is no evidence available. In these circumstances we will work with you in choosing a health care approach that fits with your own health beliefs and/ or goals.

We do not want to limit your health care options by offering services that are only covered by OHIP and include the traditional medical services. Instead we will help you determine what services you may wish to integrate in your health care journey to maximize your health and function throughout life. These may include chiropractic care, massage therapy, dental hygiene, exercise testing and training, diet analysis and testing, nutraceuticals, orthotics, ergonomic aids, stress management tools and many other exciting and useful health insights.

We want you as an individual to be active in your healthcare and also take responsibility for your most important asset, your health. Most individuals know that it makes sense to invest financially for the future and they do this regularly throughout their life. Unfortunately many individuals do not do the same with their health. They wait until something is broken and hope that the healthcare system will fix it. As with financial investing, this rarely provides what most individuals would like.
