Dr. Blenkarn is an Ottawa native who went to the University of Ottawa and received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1976. He then attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) graduating with a Doctor of chiropractic diploma in 1981. Following this he established the Stittsville Chiropractic Clinic and has provided care to the residents of the Stittsville region since.

Dr Blenkarn has taken numerous post-graduate courses since then with specific and significant training in chiropractic rehabilitation in a structured program through CMCC. His practice interests have included general chiropractic family with the full range of infants to seniors. He has continued to upgrade his skills so that he is able to provide well rounded care to the patients he serves. He also has been very involved in a number of sports such as hockey both as a player, referee and coach.

Dr. Blenkarn is excited about the Stittsville Chiropractic Clinic being a founding partner of the Stittsville Integrative Medicaine Centre and about the benefits of having a multidisciplinary approach that is able to provide comprehensive health services to his patient population.
