ExerSciz Solutions is all about putting science into the development of its unique exercise programs.

ExerSciZ brings the same evidence-based exercise physiology approach used with Olympic professional and elite athletes to the average individual. A good analogy would be that many advanced automobile innovations, such as steering, engine and brake improvements and insights, eventually make their way into the general production automobile.

The approach utilizes lactate testing, which determines optimal ExerSciZ Zones and incorporates fitness and physical conditioning objectives to produce a scientifically sound ExerSciZ program.

Personalized ExerSciZ programs arecustomized to the client’s individual physiology and personal goals and utilize over 20 advanced exercise insights as well as medical considerations to maximize results and diminish injury risk.

The unique tests also determine an ExerSciZ Fitness Index Score or “EFI Score”. The EFI will reflect an individual’s overall fitness level and his or her individual fitness category scores as well as provide a comparative measure to age-adjusted norms.
